The start of this transaction began on Tuesday November 30, 2021. After several sales call and email communications, I took a leap of faith and ordered a full page ad to be published in Austin Relocation Guide's 2022 magazine among other services and items that were included. However, the company never published the magazine and failed to communicate unless I reached out asking what was going on. Yet they still expected payment. Beginning in September 2022, I began to ask for assistance from the sales rep who initially took my order with no luck. I also reached out repeatedly to the *********/Vice ********* of the Company for an explanation as to what was happening, and resulted in me eventually asking for a refund after being unsuccessful in getting a resolution (which was simply me asking to get what I paid for and what was in the contract). Come to find out, the company was going through a management change and, after excuse after excuse, I've still gotten no where with this company and the magazine STILL hasn't been published. What are they doing for all the people that paid for services like I did? I can only imagine how many people are suffering like I am. I can't get the new CEO or the new manager to effectively communicate with me. At this point, I have given them several opportunities to make things right, and I am no longer interested in doing business with a company who promises and fails to deliver, yet takes customers money with no regard. I would like a full refund of what I paid (invoices have been attached for review as well as the order form) since Austin Relocation Guide did not hold up their end of the agreement. If further information is needed such as copies of emails or any of their phone numbers, I'm happy to provide what I have.
