They promised a booking agent several times but I never got a booking agent, and they asked me to sign a contract for a concert, but when I went to view it the button signed it automatically without me being able to view it and decide whether or not I even wanted to sign it. I repeatedly asked them to share with me a viewable copy but they kept sending me the same link. They didn't keep me updated on my marketing plan that I paid for; they kept saying it was coming soon but was delayed because of COVID after several months of virtually no services rendered to me by them. This is all regarding my dispute with ITNS Radio and ********* under a marketing contract for $300 that I paid to them. I am a vulnerable adult and am pregnant with my wife so I don't need drama from ITNS Radio and *********. When you go to Target and ******* to return a product and get a refund within their return policy you don't get told that they are contacting their lawyer over a $300 TV purchase, but ITNS Radio and ********* contacted their lawyer when I said I was an unsatisfied customer and wanted a refund. They also told me they would have their lawyer contact me when I was totally polite about it. They just kept escolating the situation. Their abusive behavior has gone too far, but all I'm asking for is a refund. I do odd jobs for work and I have had to give refunds and discounts at times to my customers; that's just business. If they can't handle a refund for what they're charging to an unsatisfied customer, then they shouldn't be in business. They definitely haven't done $300 dollars worth of work for me at all which is what I paid them and want refunded. I hired them. They didn't hire me. I am their boss and client, yet they have treated me so poorly.
