I just searched ************** in our system and was unable to locate. Is this your landline number? If not please provide and we will make sure to put you on our do not call list.

I am rejecting this response because:The sleaze as noted in the complaint DID dump UNWANTED email promotions on my National and PA enrolled Do Not Call Lists cellphone, yes cellphone!
GRANTED it is prostituting itself under the satanic Mafia protection of ******* The fact Movoto is ignorant trash does NOT mean I am.

Movoto listing pictures of my house that I want removed.********************************************************************************************************, Movato should not be blocking homeowners from editing the pictures being shown on the site. Also my home has a value of $375,000 so Movoto saying $215,000 is erroneous and unfactual.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
I want access to editing my own house and did not ask to remove the listing, just the pictures.Apparently MOVATO wants to give more control of my house's broadcasted information to realtors
than to the owner which is unacceptable.

The movoto website has a fraudulent listing of a property I own. My property is listed for rent, but I did not list it. I have reached out to movoto via their website and I have called their customer service number and no one picks up (i have waited for 1/2 hour on hold waiting).I want the listing removed from their site, and to know who did list the property as this is fraudulent, and not only can a person looking to rent potentially be scammed out of money, I don't know what potential risk this places on me and my property.Business response

Can you provide the phone number you called in an attempt to reach our support? We would like to make sure that this doesn't happen again. Also, the only address we can locate to remove is *********************************************************************************. Is this correct? If so, it will be removed from our site ASAP.

I've used the Edit feature on the Movoto website, under my login for the home that I own, twice to request that the photos of the inside of my home are removed. I've also emailed customer care at their listed address to remove these photos. We're receiving online threats and they've used the photos from Movoto's website to intimidate us, and they need to be removed immediately.Business response

The company lists a lot of photos of my property on their website. I contacted their about a couple of years ago and they removed them. However, repentantly I found they put my property photos back. I contacted to them a few weeks ago, but they have not removed my photos. I need BBB's help to make sure my property's photos are completely removed and make sure they would not put them back as they did last time. Thanks.Business response

I just want to make sure one of my requests was to for the business to make sure not putting my photos back in the future. In the past, they removed them but put them back.

I purchased my home in November 2022 and have requested that my photo listings be removed twice via email and three times by leaving a voicemail on the Movoto site. They answer the phone within seconds for someone who needs help with listing or buying a home, but there is no live help for any other request. This company is intentionally undervaluing homes to make it appear that the home is an investment opportunity & labeling it as so on their website. They listed my home as an investment opportunity on approximately June 23, 2023 without my permission or any interaction with any agent. That is predatory ************ am being harassed by people that want to buy my home at more than 120k less than its value. I have contacted *********** have not rectified the issue. It is unacceptable that an unsuspecting person be exploited in this way. I am rejecting this response because:
The home was listed in May of 2022 & taken off June if 2022 due to a hospitalization. You listed it in June of 2023, over a year later! Not only that but you listed it well under market value and as an investment property, neither of which are accurate.

I invested money using an app called Digs for years. One day I logged in to check my balance and was rerouted to the Movoto by Ojo site. Im not able to see my balance or contact the company. Ive submitted multiple contact forms but no one has ever gotten back to me. My money appears to have vanished and no one will give me answers.Business response
