Signed lease back at the end of March 2023, upon moving in the home started having issue after issue we did not get to live in the home the first month due to gas leaks that got resolved later The property management did not take care of or attend to major issues like water leak in the kitchen ceiling that made a cabinet fall forward they came removed the cabinet and did not return to repair wall started to fall apart from the leak by September the water leak burned out the kitchen and diningroom plugs lost all food in fridge due to them going out, air conditioner freezing up not cooling properly, and waking up every morning to termites flying and falling into our beds due to on going termite infestation they would not take care of. I sent a letter to terminate my lease due to them not taking care of the ongoing issues as stated i was able to do in my lease they are not honoring I it paid them a double deposit fee of $2000 they are keeping & continuing to ruin my rental history saying i owe them rent for October and November causing my self and 3 children aged 12, 8, & 2yr old to become homeless. I am no longer concerned about the deposit due to not paying the $1295 last month's rent for October and Partial till November 13th our complete move out to find us a better and healthier home the deposit is ment to cover that from my understanding of the lease but I am requesting for them to clear my credit and tenant trackers so my family can no longer be homeless.
