in 2020 I purchased a home from an agent of keller williams in ****************. The agent refused to stop mailing me flyers and papers. The entire office has refused repeatedly to take me off their mailing lists. The agent is one of their top people and I am pretty sure they screwed up every step of the way. I was moved in and had my house insured while they were trying to figure out the paperwork on their end, despite it all paperwork being handed to them beforehand. This agent also dropped me on a trainee the moment they had the sale started so they could go start other sales. I would like someone else to pressure them to take me off their lists and leave me alone. I would also like the business practices of this agent evaluated. I felt uncomfortable with how this agent screwed up single terminology and how the miscommunications had to get handled one on one between myself and the previous owner because the agent didn't do the paperwork they were paid for. I have tried asking on multiple platforms to be removed from their lists, Other people in my house have tried to have them stop bothering us. No matter what I do I keep getting unwanted and now harassing solicitations. Please help me

Live in an apartment complex that is under a real estate company that the real estate agent is not wanting to do maintenance work that has been requested. The maintenance requests started in March with problem in the bathroom floor which is unsaved for my wife which is disabled. I sent a second request in April and still no one has came out to repair it and she has falling couple of times due to the floor. I now have filed a maintenance request on my A/C going out and again nothing is being done. So I therefore bought a window unit myself to keep our place fair enough in temperature due to I work nights but my wife is at home all day and night due to disability. The agents through the real estate company is ***********************, *****************************, and ************************* Either fix the problem or allow my lease contract to end before the signed time which is currently at 12/31/22.

My husband and I were approached by one of your realtors for the third time about our home that was for sale. During the time we were represented, ***************** continued to ask questions about our sale from how much we are getting, the context of our contract/ offer. I declined and referred him to my realtor representing us. This seemed odd given that he stated he spoke with our realtor at the time. I spoke to my realtor and he did not recall having a conversation with *****************. Today ***** and a female companion approached me and my husband to ask about the sale closing, where we are moving, and if we are doing a rent back. I told him to stop and he departed. Since his encounters, I do not feel comfortable that he keeps coming back after we told him we did not want to discuss this with him.

We reached out to our agent, *****************, about this. He let me know that the person that filed the complaint and her husband are his neighbors. They live on the same street as he does about 4 or 5 houses down. He did have a conversation with them about their house being on the market and he had asked how it was going. He felt like he was just being friendly. His neighbor, *****, seemed like she didn't want to discuss it so he stopped talking about it with her. A few days later, He was driving by with his girlfriend and saw the husband in the driveway and started talking with him in a friendly manner. ***** came out and told him that they didn't want to talk to him. He was surprised by this and thought it was strange but left and has not talked to them since. It was never ******* intention to "harass" his neighbors or make them feel uncomfortable. He and his girlfriend will not have any more contact with them. Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything else from me.

      Thank you!

Received an unsolicited call from ***********************, a Keller Williams Realtor in *******, **. Call was from a New Jersey Number *************) despite this being an *******, ** realtor, presumably in an attempt to trick me into answering phone (or to obfuscate his location). Call was made to a private unlisted number that is not provided to anyone. Presumably to discuss my home which is not on the market, has not been on the market for 29+ years. Call was ended abruptly when I asked (impolitely) what they wanted. I have no reason to be polite to an unsolicited call from someone I do not have a business relationship with.I have blocked the number. But I'm sure now that the number was identified as 'active' more vultures will call. I know they see this, so I will point out that if the property ever goes for sale, I will not do business with a company that made unsolicited contact. And yes - I do keep track.

The ******************************** - Keller Williams Realty were completely unethical in their real estate transaction with us They gave misleading and false information, made a ton of errors throughout the transaction and because of errors made, And because of this, I spent $1,600 out of pocket and they are responsible. I want them to refund. That is the least they can do for all the trouble that was caused by their incompetence. Thank you.

Keller Williams Ocean living rented me an unsafe home with prior water damage mold and refused to get the mold tested properly. I was bullied by the listing agent and landlord for reporting the issue and had to have my own mold test done that I had to pay for. The listing agent *************************** broke the code of ethics with me by not putting my health and safety first and by bullying me with the hone owner for making a complaint. She also did not instruct the home owners to have a lab mold test preformed. The home had medium levels of toxic mold spores that were reproducing. The mold was so bad that the mattress I had by the vent I took to my new apartment began to produce mold. I lost so much money moving into this uninhabitable safe home. I believe that Keller Williams knew this home had prior water damage before renting to me there was a lot of things that were covered up. They did not take my concerns seriously and wiped the mold away. Me and my family had to move out and break the lease due to health concerns. I presented a lease release letter that was ignored and showed proof of toxic mold but they did not care. The home was put on the market and sold by the listing agent even after I showed het proof of toxic mold in the hone. They put money before my health and safety and mistreated me for reporting a health concern. I contacted Keller Williams and they did not do anything to help me. I want all of my rent money back from the first day of moving in, all the money back for furniture purchased from the hone owner all moving expenses both moving ib and moving out, my security deposit back and all medical expenses paid, payment for all items lost due to mold growing on them even after moving out, I also want compensation from Keller Williams.for my pain and suffering and not disclosing information. They rented me a home they knew had water and moisture issues. They bullied me. They broke the code of ethics they neglected me and my families health and safety.
