Horribly unprofessional, no one in the building knows how to communicate properly. Wrong information was given, and they definitely dont care as much about the patient as they would like you to believe. We helped my boyfriends mother get to and from here for her surgery, and it has a literally Been a huge headache and waste of time. No one answers the phone at all, and if they do you will be put on hold MULTIPLE times for at least half an hour. Right from the start she was told varying information from different people, and the information kept changing about her surgery. And before her surgery she reminded the staff about a special wrist brace that she had already ordered and was supposed to be ready for her after her surgery. And now they are telling her that she still needs to pay for the brace that ended up being more expensive than her actual surgery. And I am deeply confused as to why they did not tell her this when she brought it up to them. While we were waiting on somebody, really anybody to help us and his mom, the doctors were in front with the staff talking, laughing, joking and having a good time instead of tending to the business that they were currently running; I suspect thats the reason why her one hour surgery turned into a six hour waiting game. I am so glad I came along today to experience this because my mom now needs surgery on her wrist as well and I will definitely make sure that she, or anyone else that I know does not come to this business. I sincerely hope that someone who works at this location will read this review and take it to heart and maybe suggest some things that will better benefit the people that come into this place, because based on some of the other reviews they havent been doing too well with their customer rapport.
