      I tried to figure out how to get shipping since the store was far away. I thought if I signed up for the loyalty reward program that they would allow me to get the shipping option. They started charging me and I was not aware. As soon as I saw it on my card I tried to get in touch with then, which was difficult because their phone numbers posted on ****** didnt work and also when I went through their app no one replied. Finally ******* replied through chat and told me I couldnt get the refund even though there is almost a week left until the order. I told them I wasnt informed and they said they emailed me.. I checked and everything was in spam, except my first email to make a password. I dont know why they never had my email verified or told me that I needed to make them a contact. I use standard Gmail, this is something they should have figured out. They tricked me into stealing my money by not making it clear that they were going tk charge me weekly and are refusing to refund me, or even try to check to see if the store can cancel the order that they have plenty of time to cancel. Would not make any effort to resolve, wouldnt let me talk to a manager. Didnt communicate with the store, or me about the order. I am furious.

      I signed up for a reward program to receive a discount, and it ended up enrolling me in a weekly subscription and an order was placed in my account with my credit card details that I did not authorize!!!!! They took the money out of my account. They locked my card on their site too so I cannot even delete it from their site?!!

      If you like doing business with robots then go ahead. I contacted them way before my order even shipped asking them to please move my order to the following week due to the fact that I had to go out of town to deal with a family medical emergency. Things happen in life and they are stressful enough to deal with. I did not want a box full of food to be left to rot in front of my door in Houston's summer heat for 5 days. I simply asked as a one time thing to move my order to next week due to extra ordinary circumstances... this is the first time I have ever felt with such a heartless company. They absolutely did not care about the situation and told me that even though the food was not going to be shipped for days it didn't matter they wouldn't budge and won't move the delivery date. I'm a business owner as well and I always try to help my customers and be understanding. Snap kitchen is all about hiding behind certain policies and they do not care of their customers need a little help in case something unexpected happens to them. I did not ask for a refund, simply to ship it later. I was told a categoric NO! So I cancel my subscription and a box of food will rot in front of my door for the next 5 days while I'm in the hospital with a family member ... thanks Snap kitchen , I will NEVER give them my business again.

      I placed an order that was to be delivered on January 3rd, 2022. When the order was delayed on Jan 4th, 2022, I sent a request via the company's an update. I did not receive any response. I sent another message to them that evening and have not received a response. I called their customer service phone number, and the voicemail box was full. I've made honest attempts to get this resolved and I've had no response from this company.Because this order is perishable, even if I get it at this point it will be spoiled food.

      I ordered one delivery for food from snap kitchen .com and they delivered a second delivery without my ok I did not ordered two deliveries i paid for one and gave them $125 the second delivery bounced our bank for&36 I want them to stop no more deliveries this is fraud I want my $36 back ************************* 931# *** ****************************************************************************** to ************************************************************************************** service
