I ordered torchys through lunch drop on 07/02/2024. I ordered 2 tacos 1 Baja shrimp and the brushfire chicken taco. When I bit into the chicken taco I realized something wasnt right about the texture. Upon inspection I discovered my taco was made with raw chicken meat. I have had a headache since consumption and I am monitoring symptoms for possible food poisoning. I have kept the taco and I have taken pictures of the raw meat inside the tacoBusiness response

Torchys is running a gift card promotion where if you spend $25 on a gift card you will receive a complimentary five dollar gift card. I spent $50 buying two $25 gift cards through their website and have still not received my two $5 dollar complementary gift cards. I have emailed them three times and have not received any sort of response at all.Business response

M: ************, emailed me on Wednesday January 3, **** asking for the date and location where I bought the gift cards. I provided him with my information once again that the gift cards were purchased online after reviewing their Holiday Gift Card Celebration Bonus Cash requirements on their website, and I provided my order number again. I have not heard back from him and today is Monday, January 8, ****. Its super frustrating as a customer of theirs, that they refuse to address this matter or respond to it in anyway.

I went to Torchys tonight in *****, ** on **********************. I bought a Republican. Half way though the taco I started choking on something. I was able to get it up. It is attached to the meat, very hard. It scratched my throat when I was trying to get it back up, I was strangling on it.Business response

On May 3, 2023 I placed a catering order and was charged $222.00. When the food was delivered it was discovered they had forgotten to bring the condiments for the meal. After the luncheon was over they finally delivered them and after telephone discussions with their office they promised to make a $25.00 to my credit card. Subsequently I have called their office and they make claim they have to work with their corporate office, but never seem to issue the credit.Initial Complaint

On April 18, 2022 I placed an order #******* for a total of $55.50 not realizing I had selected "pick up" instead of delivery. I immediately called the storefront, told an employee my situation, and the employee told me they'd cancel the order. Within the next couple of days, I heard/saw nothing back from them, so I called the storefront a second time to request my refund, and the employee told me her manager said she would refund the order. I tried to file a dispute with my bank but nothing came of it. Its been over a whole month since I cancelled this order and I have not been refunded or even responded to from Torchy's after multiple calls and emails. I didn't receive anything from them but still have the charge of $55.50 that will not be refunded- that's a lot of money for me and I'm at my **** end.Business response

visited on April 21th 2022. receipt # ******* for $68.38. This my 3rd time experiencing the same as i have on this visit. all tacos cold and uncooked, potatoes cold and hard, the meat unsure of the cooking condition since served items were cold. When we told the servers they brought back another identical item...cold and uncooked.some details here, when you order queso you would expect the queso to be warm enough to dip the chips in it...on this last visit we have a family of four sitting next to us complaining about the same thing, cold food and uncooked. in looking around at the people there. I noticed no one in there older than 25 maybe...singing and joking in the kitchen area. i could be wrong but maybe i would focus on providing proper training and food handling techniques before you put teens cooking in the kitchen. I attempted to email the customer service via the website i received no response. So filinf this complaint. I do expect a full refund for the price of this visit. receipt availaible upon request.
