I had my roof and gutters replaced by Linear Roofing and paid $34,431.10 on 1/16/2024.At the time of signing the contract with *******************, he explained the process and committed to managing the project from start to finish, he indicated that he would be performing an attic inspection before work began on roofing replacement, this was to avoid any issues like the one that caused the damage to my ** line and cost me $1500 to repair.***** however was never seen again and did not answer any of my calls or texts. Later I was contacted by ************************* who stated he was taking over the project. I now believe ***** left the company or went on extended leave and did not relay any of the project details to ***** who later indicated that ***** did not leave him in a good spot either.I tried contacting ***** about the damage but he refused to even take a look to see if, as he stated, the ** line was installed improperly. Since ***** was supposed to perform an attic inspection and would have discovered any issue if indeed it exists. I believe Linear is responsible for the damage to my ** line and request $1500 reimbursement for the repair.Customer response
