I highly recommend using Transcendent roofing for any roofing workespecially an insurance related claims.These guys were very good at getting me an upgraded roof that my insurance company never would have reimbursed me for.They upgraded my roof and took all the risk that they might not get reimbursed. Im glad it worked out for everyone. I received an upgraded roof and they negotiated some supplemental monies directly from the insurance company to cover it.Win! Win!Keep up the great work Transcendent Roofing Team!

Beware, Transcendent Roofing will give you an estimate amount that looks great to draw you in to use them. They will say all you owe is your deductible. Once work is completed they **** the estimate as high as 75% from the estimated amount, which is a lot more money. The invoice contains work not done on your home. They submit this fraudulent invoice to your insurance company. Once you sign off on the ****ed up invoice you are liable for what is not paid by the ins. Plus they have made you liable to fraud with your **** Co. Advise once you get the estimate, get in writing how much they are ****ing up the final invoice before using them. They will also harass you for the ins. money.Transcendent Roofing Response

This could not be further from the truth. The customer only had to pay her deductible. She was given a free roof upgrade as well. There were items found during the installation that were supplemented and insurance agreed to pay such as several layers of felt, decking repairs etc. Everything that was submitted there was pictures of and insurance agreed should be paid. You are only liable for the insurance money that is paid but this customer decided to keep the insurance money herself so the fraud is on her part and she will have to pay that balance to have the lien removed from her home.Review from Richard F

A superb experience. Assessment of the problem was arranged conveniently, happened precisely when scheduled, and there was an excellent review of alternatives. Fantastic to work with! They handled the roof repair as well as gutters and siding. Did an excellent job. **** did all the negotiating with insurance to make sure all necessary repairs were covered. Very smooth job. Highly recommended.Review from Bill B

I recently had a small problem on a two year old roof. A technician came and made a repair for damage that was caused by a different contractor. The repair is great and there was no charge to us!! That is outstanding customer service!Transcendent Roofing Response

***** ******** and the guys did a fantastic job on my roof. They have competitive pricing and really do a great job. The install took about half a day and glad I requested the upgraded roof, best in the neighborhood.
