I purchased a dashcam. It is supposed to come with an ** card, but there is no ** card in the box, and none inserted into the unit itself. I emailed about it, and then received emails stating my "return request" had been approved. I responded that I had never requested a return. "****** H" then emailed me back and essentially said I'd lied about not having received the ** card: "You would be the first to have received a BlackVue camera without an ** card however it is not an issue at this point. I have setup your return and approved it." Note that I do not have immediate plans to return the dash cam, and will decide whether or not to return it only after I have tested it out, which I cannot do until I have received the ** card. I expect to receive everything I paid for, which includes the ** card. So I'll be expecting the ** card to be sent to me via expedited shipping.Business response

A replacement memory card was sent (20-Dec-2021), it has been received and the system is confirmed working by the customer ************ at this time. Please see attached screenshot. We are happy to assist with any further questions or concerns!Customer response
