      My sister passed on 12/11/23 I was completely devastated so I wanted a portrait tattoo of my sister on right inside forearm I googled and found the really good artist work on line so I scheduled 2 separate appts at a cost of $257 each appt a total of $514 deposit up front.My first appt on 12/29/23 at noon with artist ****** to do portrait of my sister on right forearm. Second appt on Saturday 12/30/23 for tattoo on right arm to cover up old tattoo.Friday 12/29/23 I arrived to shop around 11:30ish by the time the artist got started it was around 1:30ish with my tattoo by 3:45 he said he was almost done that all he lacked was my sister's hair which is not much on portrait we did take a couple of 10 min breaks. By the time he finished it was 7pm I was happy with my tattoo but irritated by the fact that I felt he made it convenient for himself only to profit $1500 for a full day's work which I felt he took advantage of my time at my expense. The artist truly need to make their client aware that the possibility of paying a full day's work is more likely to happen and definitely utilize there time on tattoo and not on breaks or their own personal cell calls on clients time.

      We provided *** with exceptional service. This is our artist's booking email, which clearly states his pricing BEFORE a date is booked through the email. She was verbally told, and also informed by this email that the tattoo she was getting would need a full day session to complete, as well as the rate. There was no information hidden by our business. Our artist even let her use her second deposit to go toward this session, which was supposed to be used on a different date, which is not something within our policy, but he made an exception for her.
