Rarely have I been as stunned as by ******'s horrific behavior. He came to tow my car and wouldn't drive 1 mile (4 mins) so I could cash my check even though this was agreed upon before hand. He just bizarrely said Im not doing that. I dont get paid to do that. He was threatening and made me feel afraid for my safety. He said "I get paid the same regardless," and sat down and wouldnt do anything. Clearly they don't care about their customers or reputation. ****** was hostile and aggressive and ultimately let me know I had two mins before he would drive off, then announced he wouldn't take my car anyway and ripped up my check in front of me and physically prevented me from taking a picture of him or his vehicle. He was snooping around my car and looking inside it when I wasn't there. I got the sense that he decided he could do anything he wanted and that he was potentially going to steal from me. Aquiles should fire this soulless scum. I will never use this company again and encourage you to avoid them at all costs. These are horrible people. They will lie, cheat and steal your money with absolutely no conscience, they do not care. I would give zero stars if I could. I sat around by the phone for 6 hours waiting for this company tow truck to arrive. This was a traumatic experience And shocking that anyone would ever behave this way towards another human being. As I felt afraid for my safety, I do not want to leave my name out of fear of retaliation but BBB does not accept anonymous reviews so I have no choice. Its well known amongst lawyers that towing companies are like the mafia, and the politicians are afraid of them. If someone is murdered one day as reprisal for speaking out against them maybe BBB should take a look in the mirror for forcing us to give our identity. I am a customer and interacted with them today, they were hired by a third party (*******) to tow my car and pay me for it and ******* *s investigating what happened. You have been warned!
