I was promised training and job placement through ********* or a guaranteed refund and I never received any job offers or refunds and these companies have stopped contacting me or answering. Every time they do answer they tell me they will call back in 1 hr but never do. This is a scam and I would like to collect a refund on this matter.The total amount I would like back is $1400 which I paid through Paypal in a series of separate payments.E-mails, bank *********** ******** statements attached.Please let me know if you need anything else from my endBusiness response

HI,
The above customer has done the On-line it training.
But he hasn't clear the mock calls in 3 mock calls he as to score 7 points each. He wasn't good at the subject we informed to practice.
We have tried many times and their was no response also he hasn't clear any mock call as per the information we have given.
We have everything from our end as well as with the instructor taught the subject.

HI,
The above customer has done the On-line it training.
My response: training was provided for salesforce but then no marketing was done and then Vishal my recruiter told me about QA training and I signed up for that and I never received that training and until I bombarded the company with calls they do not follow up or respond to me and if they do respond they tell me they will call back in 1 hr which they never do (company has very misleading/unethical business practices)
But he hasn't clear the mock calls in 3 mock calls he as to score 7 points each. He wasn't good at the subject we informed to practice.
My response: I had to get after them like crazy just to schedule the mock calls and on a couple occasions they never even called me even after confirming several times with them. Then they agreed to market me for a BA role without passing the mock call and they never did market or get back with me; they told me they will schedule some interviews next week several times but no one ever follows up. A lot of my time, money, & effort has been wasted with this company and they just don't seem to care because they already have my money.

We have provided online IT training for 6 to7 weeks and we are assisting with the placements.

I am rejecting this response because:No assistance with placement is being done at the moment, who has contacted me from the company?
In addition I was guaranteed placement last July of 2021 and it has been 1 year now; the conditions of my payment was I would received training and placement by July 2021 or I would receive a refund; I was not placed by 2021 so that means I am owed a refund.
