  Luxe White Glove Travel is the permire travel service agency. We had 10 family and friends travel to Europe , three countrys ******,***** and *****, and bar none it was outstanding. From planning to execution we could not have ask for a better travel agent her attention to detail was outstanding. Our travel arrangements in each country including personal drivers and hotel accomadations were exceptional. We had two people to have birthdays during the trip and much to our *************************** had Champagne and treats delivered to our hotels to celebrate the birthdays. Not only was ******'s service impeccable she was very personable and professional, Our travel agent for life!!

I would like to take this opportunity to share my testimonial and give praise to *********************** and Luxe White Glove Travel for planning my trip of alifetime!Thanks to ******, I was blessed to experience my first European trip with 19 family and friends on our Family and Friends Europe 2022 cruise. Not only did ****** plan a phenomenal trip, she went above and beyond to ensure each of us enjoyed the Luxe White Glove treatment that catered to our individual taste and needs.From the initial contact through eachstage of the planning process, ****** was professional, knowledgeable and courteous, paying close attention to each and every detail. I was recovering from hip surgery and she ordered a motorized scooter for me and made sure a wheelchairwas available at each airport to make for smooth transitions.Anyone who has tried to plan a family event can relate to the difficulties one may encounter. But try to imagine planning a vacation for 19 individuals with varying tastes and desires; it takes the challenge to another level. It was during this trip I truly learned the true value of having a travel agent. Even with the best planning, because we deal with humans, errors will occur. Such was the case with my trip. The airline in ****** made a terrible error effecting several members of the group leaving them without flights. Try to imagine beingin a foreign country not able to speak thelanguage and trying to resolve a very complicated problem. ****** was quick to the rescue with less than an hour to boarding; she provided documentation of dates, payments and conversations and got everyone on the flight. She saved the day from what could have been a disaster toa very happyending. Because of her dedication and hard work, we were all able to enjoy a little piece of paradise inGreece!

  Are you interested in traveling but dont have the bandwidth to deal with facilitating all of the reservations? Look no further than Luxe White Glove travel! My husband and I took a bucket list trip to ***** and ******; and ****** managed of all of our travel needs. She booked our airfare, hotel, ground transportation and cruise reservations. Everything was planned down to the smallest detail! ****** had multiple one on one sessions with us to ensure our preferences were known and to make sure we were comfortable with pricing and payment deadlines. She ensured we knew expectations around COVID and mask mandates for each of our destinations. We encountered an issue with our transportation to the airport and ****** immediately jumped in and resolved our problem so we didnt miss our flight. I truly appreciate her professionalism, vast knowledge of all things travel related and her hands on approach throughout the process of planning this amazing adventure. I look forward to working with ****** on planning our upcoming anniversary trip! Thanks for providing such an amazing luxe experience that we will remember and cherish for a lifetime.
