The new owner is really just a bad business owner compared to the previous one. It seems hes just working for himself so he can cherry-pick jobs that are easy enough and worth enough money. As previous reviews mentioned, h*** do the big things he can charge you a lot for and then avoid the smaller tasks that go along with the service they claim to provide. The best youll get for a smaller job inquiry is hung up on. It will at least save you the false hope

They gave me a quote, and told me that they would call me to let me know when they could start. Friday they just showed up out of the blue. I told the ***************** that they were suppose to call me first, and that I had to go to work. He wanted to do work without me being there, and I said no. I called them back today; **** hanged up in my face. What a very unprofessional, and nasty group of people.

I showed **** from Trees R Us today what I wanted done around my house. He turned very upset when I asked more details on how he'd do the trimming. Right there he just threw a tantrum and walked out. I'm glad that I didn't have him trim my trees because there would be nothing I could do if he walked off in the middle of the job. Thanks ***** W for sharing your experience.

DO NOT USE ****! The old owner, **** was amazing and had been the only company we had ever used for over 25 years to trim our trees. NOT THIS GUY! He has ruined ****s name and reputation. I posted a long review on Yelp and you can read it there. Im a loyal customer but am now severing this business relationship. Ill pay more for better customer care. Hes a scam, dishonest, callus, and acts like a child when you try and have a conversation about his services. He walked away from me like a two year old throwing a temper tantrum refusing to finish trimming our trees away from our fence line as well as cut a few more limbs down. He left the back yard and slammed the gate. We have video footage of the discussion and its very telling. He acted like a middle age child. He received business from our referrals prior to him trimming our trees. They were our neighbors and he was going to finish trimming our trees while he was next door. That NEVER happened. I feel bad for our neighbors as well. They spent their hard earned money for crappy service too. In Mikes words, Id have to bring all the equipment over here (seriously??? I am literally RIGHT over the fence), and it would take us about 45 minutes..to which I replied, thats not my problem. Youve already cashed my $1100 check and the work is not finished and I am not a satisfied customer. Unbelievable treatment of a very long loyal customer. DONT use him!

The new owner is terrible. They came over to cut a broken limb on an Oak, and to give an estimate for tree trimming. They cut the limb and never sealed it. Then they were supposed to come back the next day to trim and cancelled on me 4 minutes before they were supposed to show up. Now he refuses to come back and paint where the limb was removed. So beware, this is a different owner now. The new owner (****) is a scam.
