  I enrolled my son in Circle C Mathnasium's summer program in June 2023. I paid $1,074 in advance on 06/19/2023 for 20 lessons that were scheduled to end on 08/31/2023. I disclosed my son's chronic health condition at the beginning of the program.After 4 lessons, my son was scheduled for two procedures at the children's hospital. I informed Mathnasium of this and that my son would not be able to complete the 20 lessons due to his health. I kindly asked for a partial refund of the unused 16 hours, which I believe is fair. However, they refused to issue a refund, citing the "non-refundable" clause in the contract. As a result, I paid over $800 for lessons that my son never received. I later learned from another parent that signing the contract automatically enrolls you in a monthly plan that can only be canceled one month in advance. This fact was not disclosed to me at the signing of the contract, and I was under the impression that this was a summer-only program. This is another unethical practice on their part.I request a partial, pro-rated refund for the unused hours from Mathnasium.

  Hi,The transaction occurred January 2022 to March 2022, requested services to terminate due to scheduled changed without even consulting ** ahead of time, but then they continue to charged our credit card until March.Made a dispute to our bank but only refund the February. January 6,2022 they sent email that they cannot longer serve Friday schedule, this is one of the the day my daughter was enrolled on.WE cannot make an adjustment right away for a such short noticed, our kids are enrolled in other after school activities too, likewise both parents are working.This made ** so stress for the past months, we tried to reach them by email and phone call but no one will take our call and response to our email, I would to resolve the issue then with them but without avail, this prompted me to made this complained about their business practice.I have a high regards with the organization for they teach our young kids to be on their highest potential, especially on the area of mathematics, but without regards how money was earn by the parents who sent them.I need your good office to help me to get my refund back.Thank you.
