I purchased my car in 1/2020 and not long after I got it I started having problems with it , the engine was replace in dec 2020 . From what I was told it had a 3 year warranty but not long after that was replaced (I received no paperwork) I started having problems with it and as you can tell from the invoices I had other problems,these problems were supposed to be covered under the warranty,but every time returned it for work to be done under warranty they were asking me for money I did not have, I was under the impression that if it is warranty work that there is not out of pocket for me to pay, apparently I was wrong they were charging me every time I brought the car in and putting it on an repairs account, that during this last repair that needs to be done is now due in the amount of **** of apparent labor.so know they will not even look at my car(which is on there lot , I had it towed there) until the amount is paid.Business response

The vehicle was brought in December of 2020 for motor work. Vehicle ended up needing a new motor. We replaced the motor with a remanufactured one that included a 3 year warranty *on the motor*. Since then the vehicles has broke down twice and had to use the warranty on the motor to receive a new one. The warranty on the motor does not include other parts that have failed or the labor to install the motor. That is why she has been charge the two visits after replacing the motor. 1st visit after receiving a motor, shop reported it appeared as though the vehicle was driven without oil. A new motor was sent via the warranty. Labor, gaskets, oil, and coolant were charged to ***********************. 2nd visit shop reported vehicle was driven without coolant. Motor was still working but many of the gaskets and parts connected to the motor needed to be replaced. So she was once again charged for those parts and work. She has brought the vehicle in for service again with problems similar to a blown motor. At this point we are working to confirm that, and the motor is still under warranty but labor is not covered.

I am rejecting this response because: I was never told that the new motor did not include labor, i didnt get any paperwork on the new motor or about the warranty, the things that needed to be fixed was not fixed and when the car came back it was always missing fluids or parts. I need my car back im disabled and on a fixed income and have a 7 yr old that i take care of. I need my car back.
