Pinballz is great fun and has so much to do for the entire family, BUT they have no respect for the money that patrons set aside for night with the family at Pinballz. A Kiosk with problems took two $20 credit card withdrawals and put them on hold in my account, they assured me that they did not "take my money" and it would be back in 5-7 days. I attempted to speak to someone regarding placing a sign on the Kiosk so people would know it was not really reliable and that they had an option to purchase them at the register. I was told that they would not consider that because it "did not happen every time" and that "it did not take my money, it was still in my account." (next Wednesday) The claim was that it was just put on my statement as a pending charge. Well... wrong. This was on a Fri 6/17 and on Sunday 6/19 the money was withdrawn from my cc, NOT pending, withdrawn! When I approached this problem it was blown off and I just keep being sent to another person to "fix" the problem, but it is Tues 6/21 and I am still out $40, until ???? I was told to contact them on Mon 6/20, Monday I was told to contact them Tues 6/21 and my funds would be refunded, Tue 6/21 I was told to "stop by" on Wednesday and they would process a refund. I live over an 85 mile away from Pinballz. The manager was well aware of how far away I lived and what days I was at the facility. Even if I made the $40 round trip to ASK for my credit, again, tomorrow, it will be 3-5 days before the reversal is made. I know three people had this same problem on Friday. That means someone lying. I was not making a charity donation to Pinballz, I was spending money for entertainment. Now they are going to end up drawing interest on my $40 for over a week when it never should have been taken out. 1000's of people attend Pinballz in a week. Somebody is making lots of money. I was repeatedly told I was not allowed to talk to a manager and one employee instructed another one to ignore me.
