Paid $50 deposit for a logo design. Then paid and addtl $50 in good faith. I received a design that wasnt completed and was very amateurish. I responded to the email by saying I did not like it. ******* responded to the email ok. I did not hear ANYTHING else from him. I contacted ******* via text asking for refund because after weeks of no engagement ir was time to move on. I then called him and explained my dismay. He claimed he sent me a email asking what did I not like. Well, that email never arrived. I asked him to resend, Still havent received. I also told *******, Im paying you for a service why would I not answer any email sent by you. I then told him, if you sent the email and I didnt respond, as a business owner why would you not reach out via phone and or text. I cant answer invisible emails. He was silent which then led me to believe hes a scammer. As a business owner you are suppose to stay in constant contact. Me not receiving his email should not be a reason for him to keep any of my money. Again, there are too many ways in 2023 to communicate.******* did not finish the project. ******* is truly unprofessional, truly not business savvy. Everything about him screams scammer. I want a full refund! No other option will do.
