    The service (Win Reality) provider doesn't provide an easy way to cancel membership. Calling them is of no use since they put me on hold forever. I believe they are in violation of the business code by not providing consumer a way to cancel without going through the hoops. In contrast it takes a minute to sign up. Please help.

    The customer reached out on April 3, 2025, to cancel their subscription but initially did not provide an email associated with an active account. After a phone conversation, I was able to identify another account under a different email address by reviewing transaction logs and successfully canceled the subscription.
    For future reference, subscriptions purchased through our website can be canceled at any time by logging in through the Member Login section on our website.

    In February 2024 I signed up for a year of WIN Reality. The product was fine, but my son no longer used it, so I wasn't going to continue. There was no notification or heads-up that my account was going to auto-renew, I only realized after I saw a 228$ charge pending on my credit card from 15 February. The company has deceptive business practices and forces you into another year charge and does not allow you to cancel / refund. I went and cancelled my account, but they won't refund even though I didn't want another year. Please refund my payment from 15 February 2025.

    Hi,

    The customer signed up for an autorenewal subscription as mentioned in the Terms of Service on February 15th, 2024. The customer was renewed for their annual subscription on February 15th, 2025 and reached out to our Customer Support team on February 16th, 2025. Our team member informed the customer that they cancelled the subscription and provided him with a $228 refund. I have attached the invoice from the original purchase from 2024, and the invoice that shows the customer was refunded on February 17th, 2025. I have also provided the exchange with our support team that shows the issue was addressed swiftly, and have also provided our Terms of Service that state that all subscriptions are set to autorenewal unless requested to cancel or manually cancelled on our member dashboard.

    Win Reality charged my CC $228 on 2/17/25. I did not authotize this charge. My daughter got this as a gift last year and used it for maybe 2 months. I never signed anything saying to keep renewing yearly nor was I alerted of renewal. The website just errors when trying to log into the account and errors on password reset. The phone number on file tells you just to send an email. I want a full refund and subscription cancelled.

    Deceptive business practices, auto renewing a subscription with no notification and was not authorized. Once I noticed the charge I canceled the subscription and their is no way for customers to request a refund.

    Hi,

    We have no record of communication through our Support Team with the email of ***************************. Please note, all of our subscriptions are set to autorenewal as stated in our Terms of Service that are accepted upon purchase of a subscription. I have found the account associated with *************************** and provided a refund for the renewal on February 6th, 2025. I have attached our Terms of Service and a refund receipt from March 20th, 2025.

    I purchased a one year subscription to Win Reality and wished to cancel it. They offer no way to easily contact them on their website, other than via email. My emails went unanswered and the automatic subscription cancellation option on their website never works. They auto renewed my subscription for $228 last December (2023) and I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I figured after a successfully disputed charge my subscription was cancelled. However, Win Reality billed me again this year for $228 on 12/30/24, for a subscription that I haven't had or used for 2 years now. This business clearly participates in deceptive business practices, auto renewing a subscription with out so much as an email notification and offering no way for customers to cancel their subscription.

    RE: WinReality unauthorized credit card charge My credit card was charged $228.00, on 11/26/24 for an unauthorized and unwanted years subscription. I am requesting a refund of this amount. i am not and have not been using this service for a long time and have canceled my account ********************** has made it very, very difficult, if not impossible, to contact customer billing services and request the refund. They do not provide a direct e-mail, phone number or address. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.     On Nov 25, 2024 I became aware of a charge of $246.24 from WIN Reality (winreality.co.**) through monitoring of my credit card transactions. I contacted immediately to get this cancelled and refunded as I was never contacted to be alerted to this charge. We never agreed to an auto-renewal for a yearly subscription and there was never an email indicating that would take place. I left a message at ************** and emailed at ********************************** and have not heard back from the company. I am requesting a refund of $246.24 immediately and to be taken off their account emails.

    When my son theta to login it tells him to update the billing address but when we do it still gives him the same message

    On October 21, 2024 WIN Reality charged my credit card $351.81. I have tried for months to cancel the service, but the WIN Reality website always shows an error on their part/with their system when I would attempt to reset my password to gain access to the account and cancel. I do not approve of this charge and need the service canceled and the funds returned - it is unacceptable to continue a service by blocking customers attempts at accessing their accounts to cancel.

    On October 17, 2024 I became aware of a charge of $228.00 from WIN Reality on October 15, 2024 through monitoring of my credit card transactions. I contacted immediately to get this cancelled and refunded as I was never contacted to be alerted to this charge. The business informed me that it was an auto-renewal for a yearly subscription and I would not be refunded. This company could very easily have an email notification, but they do not so they are able to rope unsuspecting customers into another yearly charge and ******* them out of their money. In the TWO days between the charge and my contact the service was not used and hasn't been used in months. I am requesting a refund of $228.00
