I placed one order for bottles of vitamin (K2 +D3 combo), then a few weeks later apparently they made an AUTOSHIP additional shipment. I called them within business hours and was only allowed to leave a message (no human answer). I did l leave a message asking them to cancel and send me a *** call tag to pick up the 3 bottles I did not order.===I also sent an email asking for acknowledgement of the same request for a *** call tag and stopping the shipments I did not request, and to credit my charge card. -- I received a phone call the next day from a rude man who refused to send a call tag, and refused to return any charges.===I notice their web site no longer carries this product nor several other vitamin supplements they used to carry. Instead there were only seven non-vitamin supplement products, all listed at $57 each. To me, that indicates they must be going out of business. ===I told the guy if they would not pick up and refund, I would not order from them again. He said he did not care and hung up on me. Now i will have to tell my credit card company to not pay for their fraud (or mistake).

Hey *******, we're sorry that you've had this experience. We pride ourselves on the level of good customer service we provide so this is a very rare situation. We've refunded 100% of your money and you should see that in your bank account within 2-3 business days.
We do not put people into autoship programs, you have to explicitly opt into getting subscriptions.Review from ellen h

Terrible customer service, chaotic ordering, system gets things mixed up. They keep sending me stuff i dont want even after their form clearly shows i have cancelled subscription.The only way to get a refund (if they even give you one, although promised) is to send the stuff back (at your cost) even when its clearly their fault.They dont even reply to my emails.Beware. Hello, first we want to apologize that you've had such a tough experience with us. We put a lot of effort into taking care of our customers so I'm not sure what happened in your situation here. In addition, we boast response times within 4hrs for email tickets (on average).
That said, we don't do automatic/forced subscriptions so any recurring orders you have would be from you manually selecting that option during the order process. In addition, before anyone is charged for recurring billing they receive an email with the ability to cancel before being charged the next day.I can see we issued a number of refunds to you to already, if for any reason you're still unsatisfied let us know and we'll see what else we can do for you.

The liquid tumeric did not work for me and I was told I would get a refund!! I NEVER received the refund after weeks of going back n forth with ***********************. He just kept writing me that they refunded my money when they DID NOT!! I asked for his supervisor or mgr n no reply. I called over n over n over again just to get hung up on continuesly!! How do I get my money back?????WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS!!!Seven Nutrition Response

We're sorry that you're having this experience. One issue that could be is that we do NOT sell liquid turmeric. You might have purchased that from a different supplement company.
However, I can see that you have purchased a product from us in May 2023 and that was fully refunded.If for some reason you're still unhappy, please give us a call and we'll get your sorted out immediately :)

They debited my account in August when it was due for Nov. I was quite upset snd called only to be told my $15 was refunded on 8/31!!! I told the agent it didnt show up in my account until 9/2 at which time I called and requested a refund! They swear my $ was refunded on 8/31 before I even called! ??????? My bank cant find any refund then or pending!! In other words I got ripped off! Not an honest company I would be ***** doing any business with them! 0 stars for this company! I have been taking the Turmeric Curcumin now for over 12 months and it has seriously helped with my arthritis and joint pain, I have only had good experiences with their customer service and their products. I will be a customer for years to come.
