BEWARE: *********** also sells MERMAID WAX. I ordered a no codes needed (to get the discount) wax kit and was overcharged. When I checked out it charged me full price so I had to contact the company to see why I didn't get the discount. Which was the only reason I even bought the kit. The response was she needed to update the website thanks for alerting her to the problem. This is false advertising because she never offered to give my money back and later refused to give my money back. Even though she admitted to overcharging me and offered the discount on my next order. However when I started using the wax pot that came in the kit, it was extremely hot on the lowest setting. I contacted again and the response was, that's why it was free. Which makes absolutely no sense because I WAS CHARGED FULL PRICE. The wax pot in the kit is a hazard and is dangerously hot. She does not care. Instead of sending them back to the manufacturer, for whatever reason she has chosen to include the useless junk in her kits. At this point I just asked for the money back that she overcharged me because I didn't want to do anymore business with the company. I literally had to contact my bank to get my money back. I'm hoping by leaving my complaint here she can't delete this like she does on her social media. Shameful to steal from people and blame them for it. Zero stars!
