I used them for service September 13 and they did phenomenal short notice work. Fast forward to 10/20 and I got a charge for over $470. I called spoke to ****** and he looked at it, noticed that was weird, gave me the customers name that this charge was for and then said he would figure it out and email me a refund receipt. After a few hours I called back and spoke to ****************** (She is the manager) and she said that she took the card from that customer and said she entered it in manually. So they could not process a refund. I told her my conversation with ****** and she said I understand but the only option is calling the bank. I did indeed call my bank. There will be a resolution. They do type it in manually, mine was over the phone in September due to it being same day, but obviously your information as a customer is not at all held private. After requesting to speak to the owner ******* simply said "I don't know when he will be able to, he is retired".Customer response
