Stay away from this company, once you make your payment they will never respond to you anymore Our windows were installed and had a few punch list to be finalized including actually cleaning them and giving us a final product, this was in the summer, its now the new year and still unable to get anyone to come do anything, I agent responses such as will follow up and will let someone know but nothing happens.So dissatisfied.

We ordered 9 windows and one slider with Amazing Exteriors in Austin. We were told the lead time was 5-6 weeks with a *** of 8 weeks. As the time got close for our expected pick up, we started requesting order status updates. They were slow to respond initially and now are non-responsive. When we call the Austin office number, there is a voicemail with a full mailbox so I cant even leave I message. The window supplier told us that Amazing Exteriors made a clerical error but we havent received any information or ownership from the company. Our renovation will be delayed due to this and that will cost us with our contractor. This is absolutely the worst customer experience and they have $5K of ours. They are criminals.

They remade the doors three times due to their own errors. We contracted with them in January 2022 and paid half up front. It is now May 2023. Still not right. Many errors. Stall us off. Stall us more. Stall us still nmore.

My experience with Amazing Exteriors was disappointing and I wish I had gone with someone else. Our project was simple - install a sliding glass door. We are now looking at paying thousands extra because the work looks terrible. Their project manager came and said he was not at all happy with how it looked and scheduled a time for someone to come fix it. Only to have no one show up that day. Now no one will return our calls, including the person who sold us the windows. We have had friends come over and rather than comment on the door, they ask what happened because of how messed up it looks. The scheduling was also frustrating. They give you less than a day's notice for when they'll be there. If you're not available or miss the call because you're at work like I was, you have to wait until they call you once again with less than a day's notice. On day one of the installation - workers showed up and were confused because there was no hole in the wall. So they had to reschedule for the next day so they could cut the hole first. The next day they came out and only did measurements and said they'd be back ...the next day. A project that they promised would be complete in one day ended up spanning SIX days. There are screws missing from the door, gaps between the door and wall, the exterior wall was cracked, the paint job does not match, and the wall dips in and out along the window. It's disappointing after waiting so long to get this project completed. In conclusion, I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone.
