So they aren't a scam. I got my trailer. I went through **** to get it, but I did receive my trailer and with a discount. You can read my full review on their ****** page.

Total scam of a company! We are now on week three of our product being delivered and the lady in charge named ******* has been lying to us to try to stall because she knows the trailer is nowhere near being completed. First she said she was on a vacation so she couldnt respond then said that the trucks axle broke while en route. Now she has finally started answering phone calls and admitted that she lied and that the trailer was never shipped and that she panicked so she chose to lie to us. We spent a pretty ***** on a trailer that will never be delivered. I feel completely scammed and I am furious. If you enjoy the money you work hard for do not give OMgrills a single ***** of it. Also the type of trailer we bought does not comply with South Carolina laws so we cant even conduct the business we wanted to start but ******* also told us that it was totally legal in **************.

I cannot get it licensed, the owner is a scam artist, I am preparing a lawsuit against this company. She lies and did not complete the trailer as specified, I missed two major contracts and add insult to injury I had to buy another trailer to place this one because this one cannot get licensed. She is still advertising out of state, I heard about her in ******** and I live in *****.

My story is the same! ******* is a LIAR and a SCAMMER!! NO TRAILER AND I HAVE HAD NO COMMUNICATION WITH *******!! I have called and now getting nothing but voice mail. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!!

Reviews and complaints are accurate for this Company based on my experience. Further review shows that Erwin Manufacturing, LLC. forfeited it status at the end of last year. Texas DOT reports that this Company is not a Dealer. So I guess that is why I am not getting the paperwork I need to license the ********************** in my home State. I am told that ******* Erwin, who claims to be the Owner, is on her own. So until I find out otherwise that is who I am gong after. Probably first in Small Claims Court. I am more fortunate than maybe some others. The paperwork is an issue, but I believe I can fix the faults with the trailers with the money provided by a maximum small claims judgement. One review talked about a Class Action Suit. I have started a ******** Page for OMG Users. Not necessarily intended to publicize issues. But I think important for the collection of date. ************************************************* me this is clearly a case of Consumer Fraud. I have asked the Company for a full refund and to pick up the Trailers that they delivered. They have no paperwork, are incomplete, sinks leak, need structural and quality repairs and are not what the Company shows on the website and advertising. Apparently no interest in resolving the issues.BTW I understand I am working with a former member of the Air Force. Thank you for your service!!

TAB **** is a spoiled brat that inherited her fathers company and is running it into the ground. The amount of scam accusations is ridiculous and someone whose stolen over a hundred thousand dollars from customers needs to be in prison. Good luck getting her on the phone or to reply to emails, unless it involves her receiving money. DO NOT do business with this trash unless youre ready to wonder whats going on with your unit for up to a year and then theres only a 50 percent chance youll ever receive it. There seriously needs to be a class action lawsuit against this company.

I wish I went to this website first before doing business with this company. This business is the epitome of what you call a BAD BUSINESS! We got a food trailer from this place and yes they delivered and did good with what was talked about and needed. Paid half to get it done and the rest after it was done. One would think that this company would make sure that everything is good after the transaction considering that we had to drive all the way to TX to get our trailer, but NO. They really done care after they get their money. Fair warning to people who are thinking of doing business with this company. Once they get a hold of your payment, they will not care at all if you need anything from them. The trailer that we bought from them is still sitting in our garage because they refuse to send us the MCO that we need to be able to register our trailer. After several attempts of asking and messaging them for something that can easily be sent via mail so that we can actually make a living out of something we bought from them, they literally ghosted us. So right now we are currentlyn sitting with a food trailer that is not making any revenue for us because this company refuses to help. Funny thing is, they are very active with promoting their business through social media but could not find the time the time to respond to people who just got a trailer from them. They also tend to delete comments on their ******** page that is not to their liking and what they think is going to affect their business instead of answering them and giving a resolution to the problem. If any of you who will end up on their ******** page, notice that you can only SHARE their posts and you cannot comment. Notice also that their review page on ****** shows them responding to people who does positive comments and just copy/pastes the same response to people who are complaining about how bad and unprofessional they are. Like what I said, BAD BUSINESS. Aspiring entrepreneurs, think twice. Goodluck

I would give 0 stars. Scam! Run away! Do not waste your time. They will make false promises and once they take your deposit, you will never hear from them. They do not provide updates. They will block your number and will not respond to emails. Ordered a trailer in June and was told it would be ready by August. Its October and no trailer. We lost out on business because of their lack of professionalism. This business is a scam and needs to be investigated.

Terrible experience. Zero level customer service. They ghosted me after sending my deposit. Weeks of voicemails and emails left went unanswered. This held up my business as I was advised that the trailer would be ready early June. Literally weeks after that trying to get ahold of them and nothing. I could never imagine taking $3000 from a customer only to delay or apparently not do anything at all on the project for weeks without even so much giving the courtesy of letting me know whats going on. Thankfully got my money back after I contacted my bank. An absolute waste of time.
