      I signed a contract (October 4, 2021), with C & A Estate Sales, wherein it was agreed C & A Estate Sales would take my late husbands possessions under consignment for a percentage fee. It was agreed C & A Estate Sales would retrieve all property from a storage unit I rented, they would transport the property to the store located at ********************************************************************, and sell the property on consignment. It was agreed I would receive monthly updates regarding sales of each previous month including itemized list of sales and proceeds from the previous months sales.C & A Estate Sales has not once volunteered the agreed upon monthly update, record of the previous months sales, nor proceeds for said sales. We have been in contact with C & A Estate Sales monthly, requesting the agreed upon updates, sales records, and proceeds. Each time, discussion of the agreement ensued with promises to meet the terms of the agreement.I received one payment with a hand-written invoice/record of sales on March 1, 2022. I have received nothing since. There has been no other updates or payment of proceeds with or without my constantly reminders.C & A Estate Sales charged me 40% on the proceeds I received. I questioned the fee, thinking the fee should have been 30%, as perour contract. I asked about this error only to be told it would be checked in to. I expect a sincere commitment from C & A Estate Sales. I define sincere commitment by C & A Estate Sales responding patiently and politely to this complaint and with no future failure to live up to their obligations and agreement.

      Estate sales picked up 45 items for an estate sale. ************************* the owner notified me on October 4th that he sold everything but a rifle and two box's of amo ,for $647.00 dollars .On November 16th he told me the rifle was sold and he just needed to complete the paper work. I have made numerous contacts to find out when he will pay me for my portion of the sale revenue. To this day he has never paid me what he owes which I believe to be at lease $650.00 dollars. ****** has never denied the responsibility.
