REGRETS! I have not received my money 1 month after an estate sale. Was helpful after the sale by helping me relocate from 1 storage building to another. NONE OF THAT MATTERS NOW. He has the signed car title to give the man who that bought it. I have a hand written bill of sale and signed.I'm retracting my endorsement to 2 people that I referred this company to. I have also called a person that helped them with the sale. Now they are not answering phone or responding to texts. I read 2 reviews one both iffy but not down right bad.PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY!

************************* Is a Non-Trustworthy person Lier and Thief. He has a picture of himself in Army Uniform and claims to have served for 3 years during peace time he was Dishonorably Discharged from the Military. He claims to be a retired ********* Police Officer as well and yet ****** and claims to run a legitimate Business with an F rating from the BBB. He is nothing more than a big scam artist and fraud who makes himself look like a great person and ********* when in fact he gets you to sign a contract and comes in and steels all the items in your house and tells you sorry you did not do very well in the estate sell. He tells you in the contract that you will be given an Itemized statement of all sales and pay you within 3 days of the sale being completed. He will not return my calls and has yet to send me anything from the sell and even told the Police when they called him that he was going to pay me and send me an itemized statement of everything that was sold and how much was made form the sell itself and everything that was bought in bulk that did not sell during the 3 day sell. The police said I would have to take him to court since I had a signed contract with him. I made a huge mistake in hiring this fraud and did not read any of these reviews prior to agreeing to let him steel all my mother items. I will be taking him to court and hope that anyone else that has used him in the past will do the same.

Absolutely ridiculous!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I hired them when I sold my mother house very quickly after she had passed away. they come off very professionally, but their actions are completely different. No organization whatsoever complete and utter chaos during the sale days. I had to continually ask for updates and follow through. I wish I had read reviews before I hired these people. It was a complete disaster! I honestly couldve been done a better job myself if I had the time.

I hope people read reviews before they choose this company for their estate sale. This company is a total scam. I went through the house with them the day before the sale, told them what was to be sold and what wasn't. When they finished the sale, they took everything that wasn't nailed down. They took the refrigerator, (which was supposed to stay with the house), they took my garden hoses, they even took the welcome mats and tried to get the towel holders off the wall. Anything left that didn't sell they took it all, supposedly to donate. I received no list of what sold and for how much. During the 3-day sale they left a woman there by herself when people were roaming all over and picking up items and leaving. The employees who worked the most at the sale, kept claiming over and over that they were man/woman of God. Who does stuff like this? It took me over a week to get my money, and instead of charging me 35% he charged me 40%. When I called the owner and told him he said he was going to mail it the next day, or he already mailed it. Guess what? It never came. I spoke to him several times and texted him throughout. To date, I have not received the rest of my money and probably won't. They also told me everything would be cleaned up when they left. All they left me was a big mess in the house. Also, the sale finished on Sunday, 2 of the employees spent the night in my house, without my permission and said they worked all night. Well, that was clearly a lie. Nothing was packed up and nothing was cleaned up. Sorry people, my opinion is don't do business with this company or these people. They are nothing but liars and thieves.
