******************************* ************************************ doing business as full lawn service ************** Project job cutting down 5 trees, hauling off ,& fix a drainage issue. Drainage issue was done, only 4 trees cut down & hauled off - He stated he did not see 5 th tree nor was price was in $3,650 paid I walked him over to the 5th tree myself. Wanting the 5 th tree taken care of - I pre paid for work ($400) included with final payment- fool I was *all he talks is good ******************************* follower. *. NO SHOW, LIES LIES about date to come - twice. No show. * Im nearly 80, widow, this was a massive money expense - it disheartening to be done this way, finish the job or refund $400.00Customer response

On February 22, 2023 in response to what appeared to be a good BBB rating, I contact the Full Lawn Service business and provided our address. ********, the apparent owner, sent a text indicating he would stop by the house at approximately 5PM that same day.******** and I discussed what our needs were and indicated he'd be more than happy to take care of the lawn service He provided a price for monthly lawn care and an initial weed and feed treatment. Also discussed at that time was a small expansion of our patio as he indicated he also did concrete work. The business name that he uses for concrete work is RC Concrete. Same phone number. That issue will be addressed in a separate complaint against ******** and his workers.Has any information on a business or contractor's license been provided to the ********************?His workers showed up at about noon on March 2, 2023. The workers did only a trimming, not lawn mowing, and NOT any weed and feed as discussed. ******** was paid the initial amount as earlier agreed upon. On March 6, 2023 ******** stated he and or his workers would would do the lawn maintenance on March 15, 2023. On March 26, 2023 I sent a text message to ******** addressing the failure of him and or his workers to take care of the lawn properly AND do the weed and feed treatment as previously paid for on February 28th, 2023.For the actual failure to provide proper and reliable lawn service, I would caution others to not trust this man's verbal agreement. His words cannot be trusted! GET A WRITTEN AGREEMENT WITH PENALTY INFORMATION DETAILED FOR ANY FAILURES TO PERFORM!Copies of texts regarding work, or lack thereof, is provided as a supporting documentBusiness response

Hi, I complete the job and the lawn care with with treated with fertilization and mow the yard twice and I didnt get pay and I did complain and then RC concrete. We did a little side on the back the job is done nice right I dont see no problem at all and I went back to correct what they want me to do and start raining and I til then. Raining I will come back and I went. They never answer the door on that point. I cant do anything about it. Just God is good but I did my best.

I am rejecting this response because: He did not finish the job. He did not ring the doorbell. I have a camera that records everyone that walks in the entry wayHe was paid for the **** and also for the concrete. The concrete work is horrible and I have the photos to show the deplorable condition of the end "work product" as well as the failure of the workers to clean up their mess after so-called completion. Portions of the lawn were nearly destroyed by the workers. Photos are available for showing same.
I also have copies of text menages between the business and me regarding his "work"
