            *******************, owner was sent $500 by CASH APP Tues Aug 29 to hold RV tell Sat Sept 2. Money was already sent when I received text from salesperson ***************************** that the Rv may not be ready by Sat Sept. 2 Text between me and ****** Tue Aug 29 Me: The wife said do the deal. What do you need to hold it tell Friday or Saturday?******: If you talk to the wife, you can route $500 to that account and that will hold it for you. Im gonna talk with *** about the earliest we could have that unit available and let you know.Aug 30 Wed After $500 was sent get this text.******: He said let us run through it today and we can have a better idea if we could get it out by this weekend.Thurs. Aug 31 ******: Were not gonna have it ready until mid next week but youre welcome to come and look at it this weekend. Theres no way we would have time to go through it. Probably looking mid next week Wed Sept 6 Was told wouldnt release their RV until funds were in bank, my trailer and title. Tues Sept 5 ****** I think we should have it ready to go by Thursday. When could yall come? I had made arrangements with my broker to have money available to xfer on Wed Sept 6, 6 days after 1st agreed date of delivery.Me So do you know yet when exactly it will be ready ****** I spoke to *** he said we will for sure have it ready to go by Saturday morning.Me Ok well your last text went from Wednesday to Thursday. Was coming on Friday. My broker can not transfer money on Saturday. Will have to see if my bank will cash a $20k check. If they can I will be there about 1pm on Saturday. If not, I guess it will be next Monday unless you will accept a check on my broker account.****** If Friday works better for you we can do that Me Should be there Friday by 1 pm On drive 11am Fri broker notified that cut off time for transfer was 12. Called *** to explain. Immediate was yelled at, cussed and hung up. Called back asked for $500 that deal was off. He declined screaming deposit was nonrefundable
