Frontier Waste Solutions switched to a new financial system that they assured customers that the automatic payments would continue without interruption and without needing to go in and manually restart it. Once switched about 1/4 of my neighborhoods auto payments were turned off. We all found when they just didn't take our trash (even though we were all still billed for this pick up). There were no emails, phone calls or notices in the mail to even give us any notice. Terrible customer service, terrible customer interactions.

it is month now they are not picking up my trash.the bin got broke by their truck, i put replacement request online an by phone.nothing happens just promices.their truck comes makes mess and goes away.

They had okay service but kept raising the rates to the point I could no longer afford it. Then they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee. I never signed anything of the sort nor did anything they sent me ever mention a cancellation fee.Then several days later then called me saying their guy was there to pick up the trash can and that he couldn't find it. I told them he was already there and I witnessed them put the can on the truck. They said their truck had *** and they would check the *** and insinuated I was basically lying. I went out to the truck to talk to the driver and he apologized and said he didn't recognize the house but had it on his list that he already picked up the trash can from my location.I was originally with LT's ******* services and they took over the company and never has anything EVER been mentioned about a cancellation fee nor did I ever sign a contract for service or cancellation fee or anything. So I will not be paying that. I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone because of my end of service dealings with them.

I can forgive a mistake - we are all human. But I cannot tolerate being called a liar. My husband took our trash bin to its usual spot on Monday since he was going out of town. On Wednesday, I found it odd that I didn't wake to my dogs barking at 7am when they typically pick it up. Well, it was never picked up. I figured it was just a mistake, so I gave them a call. And the treatment by **** wasn't poor customer service, it was completely inappropriate non-existent customer service. She said she could produce GPS showing his truck was at my house at 8:30am and the trash wasn't out, but I never got that proof - and even if his truck was here (in stealth mode obviously to get past my four dogs) - HE DIDN'T PICK UP MY TRASH THAT WAS RIGHT OUT FRONT! I have cancelled my service over this incident. Not because they made a mistake. But because of their inappropriate treatment of a long time customer on auto-pay that has never once complained or disputed anything with them. To quote ****************** Call "I hate rude behavior in a man. Won't tolerate it". So I voted with my feet. I found another company same day - at a much lower cost, in fact. **********************, I highly suggest you look into this matter for learnings. I'm gone, but maybe you save others and keep your profits from deflating further. Your bottomline can't be great with drivers that skip houses, employees like **** handling customer service, and a "C-" ******************** rating. I hope this feedback helps you or at least prevents others from receiving this type of treatment. Good luck!

This company bought out LMNT in ********* **. They didnt let the customers know they took control of the route. If you have more than in your trash can they refuse to take it and they will charge you $26 dollars per item. I advise you to look at other companies these people are crooked.
