I went to get my car inspected I have a2018 ****** Sentra white.so it werent ready .so he told me to keep driving it to making ready ,he said were nothing was not wrong with it so I cant drive it like over 200 mile .took it back like five time because I had paid my money.so *************************** told me to leave it he can drive and make pass he took me home and had my car for 4hour and brought it back to me so the next day my engine light come on my car shut down I get back started almost got hit by truck .so I take it to Auto zone put on the manchine and they tell me the ignition cord were taking out, so I went to get the part in put back in the engine light went off right away my started back running .I go back to let him know that they took out that was the last place it was when it was running good so I ask for a manager he tell me they dont have a manager or corporate was very rude I already filed with dps and ***** register.I need people to know about this company.Business response

Mrs. ********* Levels came to the shop to get a state inspection on May 19th, she paid the inspection fee of $25.50. The vehicle failed the original inspection due to the monitors status showing not ready, this can be caused by a reset on the system, battery replacement, or prior work being done. She was advised to drive it to allow monitors to reset, after returning a few times and not being able to reset it, our technician offered to drive the vehicle in order to reset monitors and to pass the inspection. After driving it, vehicle reset and passed the inspection. Customer came to pick up the vehicle, everything was fine, running without any issues. After the fact, she came back claiming that we stole a coil, we denied her claim. Her vehicle is a 4 cylinder, if a coil was completely missing or taken out of her car as she claimed, the vehicle would have not been able to be driven off the lot without missing, misfiring or not even running at all. Basically, a faulty or missing coil or spark plug will cause a vehicle to not produce enough spark or compression. We also reviewed our cameras and there is not proof of her claim. Our technician was just trying to be helpful, she was not charged for anything other than the $25.50 for the state inspection. Due to our camera evidence at our shop, there is not proof that anything was taken from her vehicle or engine. For that reason we are not responsible for her missing coil.
