There are three things that happened. One. I had a 2022 ***** Miata. They scratched the wheel. I took to long to file a complaint so it was voided. 2 I have a 2024 ***** 3. With less than a 1500 miles an individual at this location hit my car with a pressure washer. Corporate told me they would not fix my car. I noticed a charge on my card for club car wash. I thought I canceled the Miata when I sold it. Apparently I did not. They told me they would not be giving me my money back on that either. I just want my cars paint fixed.Initial Complaint

3 Saturday ago I took my *** for a normal car wash that they was a time change day and after drying the *** and cleaning all the glass on it saw ?? my windshield started to Crack I went back to the place of business to filed a claim and the manager that they did it but saw he don't lose his job he said something to the on a massage that is bot with what happened they are not trying to replace the windshieldInitial Complaint

Today 6/26/23 I went to Club Car Wash ***** Farm to Market Rd *********************************************** around 7:30 pm and paid in cash and did not receive a receipt. When I got home I noticed there were dents and holes in the paint on the hood of my car and on the side of my car. I already left a message for Club Car Wash to file a damage complaint, but have not received a response. I am wanting Club Car Wash to pay for the repairs of the dents and paint on my hood and the side of my car. Along with the damage my car wasnt even properly cleaned so I would like a refund as well.
