First to have the entire windshield bashed in like a I was in a horror film inside of the car wash to next having the arm that allows you through after you pay completely destroy my hood and to be told they wouldnt be fixing it even when two employees saw it happen about a foot away apologized for it happening and took photos for proof to pass to higher authority.. got a phone call a few days later being told they werent claiming that happened because my guess is he didnt want to get in trouble. and he denied it happening even after he acknowledged picking up the arm that bounced off my hood and fell to the ground. I have proof of video that damages were not done before the car wash and will have to go to court to have my damages taken care of I have multiple messages from over 10 other friends that they also denied fixing their damages done by the car wash.. and not taken care of.

My car is low to the ground so I rely on the attendee to line me up to avoid accidentally damaging it. Every time I've been to this car wash I've had to wait for the attendee to actually pay attention when waving me forward. They're usually spraying the car in front of me while continuing to wave me forward, clearly not concerned with my car making it onto the track. When they finally look up and realize I'm not moving forward I get a lovely look and then the harsh waving starts. I mean who do I think I am holding up the line because I want to make sure I'm not only lined up with the track, but that there's also more than a 6-inch gap between my bumper and the car in front of me? Yesterday I was able to prevent pulling up too close to the truck in front of me, but they made sure that the car behind me pulled right up to my back bumper to the point that had I hesitated in the slightest when pulling out of the bay, they would have hit me. I ended up forgoing drying my car at the end of the wash so that they didn't end up hitting me. To top things off I talked to not one, but two people, today that had their vehicles damaged this week- one had the arm at the pay station come down on his hood unexpectedly and management told him too bad because there aren't cameras in that area so no proof (wow). The other was in neutral going through the wash bay and was pushed into the lady's vehicle in front of him- the EXACT thing I was worried about. I cancelled my membership. The CONSTANT reports of vehicle being damaged at this location and management's lack of action to address it, prevent it, or attempt to remedy it is absolutely ridiculous. People go to the car wash in an effort to take care of their vehicle, not to walk away with damage to it. I am sure this will fall on **** ears, but as a business owner I take accountability for issues related to my business and felt it fair to make sure that you as well as other consumers were aware of the issues going on with yours.

My back rear bumper was dented and pushed down about an inch after going through the car wash and It wont even let me contact the company I need to get this fixed
