When I think of my time with ortho360, I think of meaningless suffering + a business that cuts corners and burdens customers to have to remedy their mistakes.Do *************** bank account a favor - go to **************** instead. I was made to feel like a number on a conveyor belt - each appt felt frantic and rushed - and they never did a thorough job. Long wait times. 2. The first night, the glued in metal pieces popped off while I was asleep. 3. I only saw the orthodontist twice- each time they dismissed my concerns.4. ********, the office manager lied and led me to risking my life to travel across the country just so they could get extra 1k There were a few problems I brought up like my teeth being loose even a month after the last aligner, and one tooth not lined up with the others, but the dentist completely disregarded anything I said and claimed perfection. Likewise, he was clearly sick while getting into my mouth, which didn't help me stay safe.5. They made a cheap retainer and sent me on my way. The retainers were painful and turned out, didnt fit my teeth! I was so completely exhausted from being ignored and dismissed by them that I couldn't keep bringing up issues to them, because I literally just wanted the reimbursement and to never talk to any of them again, but had to.8. They didnt even remove all the glue from my teeth! I still have glued MONTHS after treatment & multiple regular and specialist dentists couldnt get it off...9. They completely didn't tell me the proper instructions after "the final appt" while they kept charging me for months afterward. I would have taken any instructions to heart - because I successfully finished the treatment early and pride myself in doing a thorough job. Otho360 not only put me and others in danger multiple times and literally didn't do the services at all or so badly they had to be done over again.They're cheap and made me wish for my crooked teeth back.
