poor workmanship, terrible housekeeping with materials, tools and such during roof construction, **** started deteriorating as seen in picture, was told ****** is no longer with the company so they would consider this a cost to repair job, not a warranty jobBusiness response

We offer a warranty but this is a workmanship warranty; This covers installation errors. We let the homeowner know that we would send someone to check it out and see why this happened but that if this is not from faulty installation that they may need to pay for the repair. Regardless of any findings, the homeowner did not want us to send an invoice or be charged.
But after speaking with my boss, we will go ahead and complete the repair for the requested area. We will need to know if we can stop by at any time or if there is a time frame. I would like to note that if there is a specific time frame requested it may take longer to get someone out there versus coming once a roofer is available.
