For the past 4 months I have been over charged. I continue to get excuses from the front desk, an no response from corporate about the charges. Today I was charged $180 in fees. I’m never late, an my membership is $10 a month.. I feel I’m being scammed.. Not sure how many others members are going thu this, but this has to be criminal also.Business response

Eric ****** has had several issues with his credit card on file and has been made aware of his billing issues on several occasions. Over the past two months his payment on file came back as card not valid. He has had 6 late fees waived over the past year and we have informed him for any future late fee removals, that he would need to update his billing/payment information. His billing situation has been explained in detail, and how and when payment is due by management. He is very well aware of our policies and has been explained to him on more than one occasion. Attached you will find 2 examples of late fees being waived in efforts to help the member out until he updates his account.
