I have 2 complaints against this company. They sold me a "company mandated" coverage, and when I traded my vehicle in I was told it was elective and I would not receive a refund. This cost almost $5,000 and I was not told it was non-refundable. Now that I have traded that vehicle in I have completed the paperwork in November 2023 to cancel other coverages. I have not been given any update, or received my refund. I cannot get anyone at this company to help me, and they are refusing to give me a status of my refund 3 months later. I will never do business with them again and need help getting my refund.Business response

BBB Dispute Resolution Team,
I have spoken to Ms. ******** about this matter and I believe.it has been resolved. All of our cancellations are done in the home office in Charlotte. In this case the cancellation was indeed mishandled. I have been involved in the text threads between our office and Ms. ******** and believe she has been taken care of. I have tried to call her to confirm but she hasn't taken my call.
Regarding the complaint that she was told the items she purchased were "company mandated", we go to great lengths to make sure this isn't the case by having the customers execute a Final Acceptance form. Please see the attachment. I am very concerned about customer satisfaction and will assist Ms. ******** and anyone else in the event this explanation isn't sufficient. Please feel free to share my contact information with Ms. ******** if she needs further assistance.

In January 2022 I bought the passenger side fender for my 2008 ford. I received the driver side. I went back to ford dealer and left original part and Jerimia said they will get the correct one. After a few weeks of not receiving the correct one, I asked for a refund. I was told that I would not receive a refund because I didnt bring the box back with the original part. I was not told nor is it in writing that I needed to keep the box. I took the part to the shop fixing my truck and they destroyed the box. I have emailed Bill ****** for resolution and nothing. All I want is my money back.Business response
