I took my car in because I was having issues with having to boost it a lot by day 3 I had call to get an update and they hadn’t found anything yet then the day after I was told that I have an electrical issue in the dashboard or the steering column a few more days go by and I hadn’t heard from them so by this time my car has been gone for a little over a week I got a ride to the shop from a friend to get an update to see exactly what was going on with my car and they weren’t there but I left a message with another employee for them to give me a call to give me an update so then the ****** called me and said that it’s not an electrical issue it’s a recall issue she said that there was a recall on my side view mirror and then they said that the rearview mirror was causing my car to drain my battery my car have been gone for almost 2 weeks they said that they had found a part and then had to send it back because it wasn’t the right one or it didn’t work so I go pick my car up and they had to get it from the back because they had it locked up due to catalytic converters were being stolen so they brought me my car and I left and I went to another shop that they sent me to that could repair my mirror when I got there a lot of my lights on the dashboard wasn’t working on the inside lights wasn’t working anymore every time you would start the car everything on the dashboard would reset itself I wasn’t able to Lock or unlock my car with the key fob the only way that my car would lock is if the car was running and I push the button on the door I asked them what all did they do to my car Because it wasn’t working like it was when I dropped it off ****** tried to blame it on a recall but there was no recall on my vehicle regarding a rearview mirror My car doesn’t even drive past 40 miles I don’t know what they did to my car this all happened in one day of picking it up ****** also told me they did some Rewiring which I’m not sure why that was done
