Before I entered the car wash two of the employees started scrubbing the side of my truck what look like to be push brooms that you clean a floor with I stopped them and the car wash proceeded to take me into the wash when I got out the wash I noticed my truck was scratched from the brushes the manager came out and told me that he will fix it there was not supposed to use brushes on my truck he jumped in my truck he attempted to fix the scratches by buffing my truck and could not get the scratches out and by doing so he put buff ***** through the clear of my truck when he realized he could not fix the buff marks that he put in the truck he stopped working on it called other people at a body shop to figure out how to do it and did not do any more to the truck when he realized he could not fix it told me he would fix it I have it on video I also have a video that he said that he messed up by doing it wet and not dry as needed to be I've contacted him everyday since this happened when I go there he hides from me the lady says he's not in every time I call he is not in I have made at least 14 attempts in 14 days to get him to correct this problem on my truck they refuse to give me the owner of the Car Wash's name or the general manager I just want my truck fixed if they can fix it it's $1,900 if they can't correct the problem and fix it it's anywhere from $9,000 to $12,000 to repaint my truck I do understand I take a chance when I go through the wash but not this the manager left me sitting there which is on video also and the manager left me sitting there as they left for the day didn't tell me to get lost I'll see you tomorrow anything that's on video I told him I live in *********** and they told me when I get back to work here to come back and they will fix it I've been back there at least 8 or 10 times and I've called there at least 14 times spoke with the secretary and she tells me that he is not in every time and that he will call me back or they will have a man named ******* call me back who has never called me I even attempted to call other car washes that are affiliated with them and they did say ******* is the general manager and that they will call him and he is still has never called me nor will they give me his number
