      On September 11, 2023 I went to Metropcs to swap/port my account to a different phone since my old one crashed. They told me I owed a phone bill that needed to be paid first and I agreed to pay it. He also told me he was going to charge me $35 for the port to my new phone. The sales person spoke mostly in his native language to his manager and I had no idea what that were saying. They were acting very suspicious. I had a friend with me and she thought the same thing. They would go to the back room together and would whisper to each other. I asked what was going on and the Manager snapped at me and said "He is trying to help you" and winked at me. He also said " don't worry it's okay" such on odd thing to say. It took about an hour of him to do whatever he was doing. The clerk that was helping me said since it took so long I" want you to pick out something of the wall, anything" I said ok I'll take the headphones. He said " oh not those anything else" I told him I just want my phone and wanted to leave because they were acting so odd it made me extremely uncomfortable. He rings my stuff up and I pay with my debit card. I asked for a receipt and he said sorry printer is out of paper we will email it to you. I demanded a paper receipt. It was clear they did not want me to look at it right then. The manager hands me a receipt off his printer and I grab it and leave. I had my glasses in the car and look at my receipt and they charged me for a phone charger for $58 which I didn't purchase. I went back in the store extremely upset. They both acted like they didn't know what I was talking about and just spoke in their native language which I didn't understand. I went to my car and called metro customer service. They would not help me. I had to get the money from this store. I have the receipt still. They stole $58 from me and I need it back. I am retired and on a fixed income with custody of an 8yr old. I need my money back. Please help. Should I contact the police?

      Hello mam,

      we are sincerely sorry for what happened to you and we have seen in this issue, it looks like there is a 58$ charge, but don't worry we are here to help you.I have already reported to the person who is working in store, so when ever Ms ****** still available she can come over to store with  receipt and collect her money back
