            On 3/27/23 I made an order and was expecting a phone call for confirmation. Never had a call. Havent had any help any time I called. Each time any one that could help with my problem wasnt available. I tried making calls due the week during open hours. I am disappointed with the lack of service. This order was a test to see if this was a safe company. I am not feeling very trusting about this company. I would love to be surprised though.

            I accidentally sent them a $2000. payment to my account through online payments. I had previously purchased silver through this account. I contacted them to ask that they return the payment as I had no orders open. Then they can't find the deposit, even after I send them the date they deposited it and a picture of the cashed check with my account number on it that I used to order silver a few months ago.I would not recommend.
