The Port ****** FM 365 location, front desk recep. speaks in condescending tone. For what reason? The patient asked if it was going to be a long time. Thats it. From then forward she only spoke to her in a demeaning way. The lady got frustrated and asked to be rescheduled. She was sent to the scheduler and the receptionist turns around to keep at her. The lady said, Excuse me, I hear you. Im just rescheduling. Her tone was saying back off. The receptionist said, You know..Im just trying to help you. In a scold. The lady slapped her hand down and said,You know what? Im done here. Im not coming back. If that was me, it wouldnt have even gotten to a reschedule. I would have walked out. What has happened to courtesy? She had an opportunity to be courteous. The lady kept giving her ***** the receptionist didnt deserve. For MY sake, I decided to switch offices too. My temper is short. The wait times are so long here. The first person you are greeted by is not friendly, respectful, or helpful. Why deal with that? The first star is for clean waiting area, and the 2nd is for the few people there who are sincere and respectful and willing to be there to deal with coworkers like that.

You haven't felt your inner Karen until you have had to deal with Port Arthur gulfside dental. I've had 2 appointments in one month. (exams and cleanings) My first with my two sons. Went a little slow but we got though the long wait. Kids had x-rays. And that's it. She informed me after the X-rays that the hygienist wasn't there so that would have to be rescheduled.. on my first visit. Okay.. 2nd appointment and we wait for an hour before my son's are taken for their X-rays. (Appointment was at 3) it's now almost 4:15and get up and asked if they forgot we were there. Lady tells me the doctor is almost done. 4:45 rolls around and i have to leave. Reschedule another appointment. There's no communication at all. The manager Amanda is the highest person you can go to and she's useless. Was given one price for braces. Had to correct them about my insurance. She came back with a new price of bout 1000 dollars more and said it was the insurance price. Short lady gives you no time to read the contract. She keeps taking it from your hands and just tells you where to sign. Very pressured and rushed to get you to sign and get you out quickly. You have to pay 500 to be let out a contract because she says they saved the day. But horrible service, communication and additudes. And her name is Amanda! Stay away.

I have nothing but horrible experience with them. Horrible. They charged my insurance incorrectly that caused me undue stress. They did not do an effort to correct it either. I had to go back and forth to get it corrected because the manager would not lift a finger to correct their error. Had that tooth not been worked at another clinic, they would have gotten away with charging me for the tooth they did not work on. Now I am switching dentists, they are giving me the run around to get my records and charging me high price for my own record. The manager won't even go to the phone to talk to the client because apparently she is too busy.
