1/12/2023 I signed an agreement to obtain training sessions at Crunch ********, ** (**** ********** ********, ** *****). The training sessions 1/15/23, 1/17/23 went without any issues. I had to canceled on 1/19/23 due to scheduling issues. I notified *****************(trainer supervisor) and my trainer *********************** and was told I could reschedule. ******* doesn't train on Wednesday and Saturday which caused it almost impossible to reschedule. ******* cancelled on 1/22/23, 1/24/23, 1/26/23, 1/27/23, 1/31/23, and 2/1/23. I tried to reach out again and ******* said he was sick, and I should sign in on the dotFit app and train at home. I went into the gym at this time 2/2/23 and cancelled my training sessions due to dissatisfaction because no services were rendered. I texted ***** and informed her I had cancelled the training sessions but would keep my gym membership to utilize the Zumba and Ride classes. I asked her about a refund, and she did not respond after that. I was later called by the "manager" who wouldn't give his name. He told me he would not cancel, and he would place me with another trainer. I told him no. I did not want to be in this same situation months later. I said the only reason he is reaching out now is because I am canceling. I informed him that I have paid for twelve sessions (on 1/12/23 and 1/26/24) and six of them have been cancelled. He became disrespectful until I informed him, I was recording the conversation. I told him any money taken out after 2/2/31 will be considered as fraud and he does not have my permission because I have cancelled due to no services being rendered. I told him I will file a complaint with BBB and his corporate office. I am asking for a refund of $264. Enclosed is the agreement and purchase receipt. Please assist me with this matter. Hello I'm informing you that the complaint filed 2/21/23 has been resolved and a refund was issued to me in the amount of $264. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
