We purchased two couches, coffee table and end table in June 2022 from the Beaumont Howell's. Our experience was great from the salesperson (******) to the delivery guys. March 2022 we went purchased a mattress with an lift bed frame base. ****** was not there and worked with another salesperson (******). Again experience was great from sales person to the delivery guys. Both ****** and ****** are assest to Howell's. They treated my wife and I like were friends. They spent a lot of time and answered a lot of questions about the items before we purchased them. Quality furniture and Great sales staff!

Really Disappointing Service!! I have been wanting a new bedroom set for awhile now and finally made up my mind to purchase set. I visited Beaumont store and my exciting day was quickly ruined by horrible customer service. My Salesperson was very unprofessional and treated me as if I was wasting her time. When I asked about price matching and financing she proceeded to roll her eyes and get really frustrated. I asked her if she was okay and she started explaining about customers who damages furniture and try to return and she is losing money by price matching. At that point, I made a decision to leave store empty-handed. I hate that I took vacation today to purchase furniture only to be mistreated. I have been Howell's customer for years and am beyond disappointed by service.Howell Furniture Response

We are extremely disappointed to know that you had such a bad experience. This is obviously not how we expect our customers to be treated. We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to first know the store you shopped at and who the salesperson was so that we can address this with her and secondly, would love the opportunity to earn your confidence back as a customer.
