Purchase a sofa, love seat set in December of 2023, by the end of January 2024 the seat on sofa had ripped fabric. Contacted the store manager told me it was under warranty and ordered wrong fabric to fix. when i contacted them again they said they would not be fixing it, that it was my fault. and started cursing me on the phoneBusiness response

To whom it may concern,
*** ******* called complaining about his couch. i was nice enough to order a part for him right away no matter the reason for his damages to his sofa . it was not damaged when it was delivered. So the part was ordered i contacted him told him to call us when he receive the part since we had the factory mail to his address and i will also send the tech out to change the part for him. *** ******* was fine with it , week or so go buy , and all you see is *** ******* with negative comments all over social media, and ******* during the time we are waiting for the part to arrive to his home. Then he call me to inform the the he got the part in if i can send the tech back out to his home , and i did, the tech goes to his house open the package with the part, come to find out my mistake i ordered the wrong color part , he got the grey fabric but he needed brown. i called *** ******* informed him the part was the wrong color he was aware from the tech, and i will reorder the right color for him and to call me back when he received it. so from day one we are trying to help ****************** with no questions asked. days go by he is back on social media with his negative comments. i was really upset at a customer we our trying to help repair his own damages on our expense. Again ***************** called me and told me he has the new part. i mentioned to him i will let my tech know. then i mentioned to him ****************** we are here trying to help you repair your sofa but we don't appreciate your comments all on social media for no reason we are working hard to help you . then he says F..k. you , you never tried to help me. then i told him you know what now i really don't with his bad language towards **. it all came from him . we where so nice and polite to him the whole process. until the last call he start using bad language when i told him about all his negative comments on our post, advertisements, and google

I am rejecting this response because:
As seen in the attached photo this is poor quality furniture, I only posted honest negative reviews when he told me that I caused the damage and it wasnt his problem to fix. The first time he was very cordial and agreed that it was a warranty issue. Then later changed his mind because it was an inconvenience to him.
