We are very pleased with Davco Construction. They fixed my leaking roof, repaired termite damaged wood and put in new gutters. They also built an amazing privacy fence and put wire mesh around my chimney to keep the swallows and bats out. They showed up on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. Davco Construction just complete reconstruction on our home after an intense downburst slammed a large oak tree onto the roof causing exterior and interior damage. **** returned our initial call within an hour and completed a physical inspection the next day. He scheduled his team in a meticulous flow that kept the project moving like a well-oiled machine. The crews arrived exactly at the scheduled time each day and they worked at an amazing speed. The level of attention to detail by **** and his crew surpassed all exceptions. **** communicated with us daily to ensure we were well informed. He and his team offered excellent alternatives that improved our homes structure and appearance, all while considering the budget. Honestly, can a tree falling on your house be a good experience? Outstanding work. Very up front and knowledgeable. Kept us updated on progress and plan moving forward on our remodel. Absolutely zero surprises with DAVCO. Would recommend and definitely using them again on future projects!

Our experience with Davco Construction was a pleasant one. **** is very personable. Planning your project and getting everything just right is very stressful. **** understands and would explain everything clearly and put ** at ease. He pays *************************. He's a text or phone call away during the entire process. Our patio is gorgeous. His people are experts at what they do. After seeing what they did for us all of our neighbors are buzzing and talking about planning their next project. I highly recommend DAVCO construction! We had flood damage from a water leak from our washing machine and our house is 30 yrs old so we decided to do some added remodeling to update. **** was recommended to me by my cabinet man and after meeting him I felt like we would be able to work well together. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome! He has excellent crews?electrical, painting and flooring?etc. At the end he's not happy until you are happy. Excellent communication throughout the process. You won't be disappointed!
