Spouse treated for an illness with medication by Baptist Hospital ********************* her provider) to take for a recurring problem. Spouse given 3 refills and told to "Just call the office if you use them all and I will give you more refills." Well, I called and was finally able to talk to someone who informed me they would let the clinic staff know. 4 days later nothing! Called again. This time on hold for 9 minutes only to be told by the automatic system I was being directed to the voice mail. Then the voice mail says it will not take any messages because the mailbox is full. Seriously!!! This is such poor care.

The absolute WORST! I went in due to an ankle injury (unable to walk) a week ago. I waited for 3hrs to be called back for an x-ray, then wheeled back to the waiting area. Another hour went by and I was called to the side room and was told that I had a sprain. They put my swollen ankle in a boot (no crutches and no assistance out the door), prescribed me a drug that had no effect WHATSOEVER and said GOOD DAY. A week later and the boot they put me in has done more damage than before and I'm now dealing with a possible infection and not a sprain. They were too busy arguing about opening up beds amongst each other. The entire ER Staff should be replaced. It's chaos EVERY TIME.
