June 22 2023 Supposed to move my furniture to one place to the next. $800 They broke my computer desk, damaged multiple items. I asked for assistance, they acknowledge this happened. The deal to fix my items was I need ample time to give my work a notice to be off, like every other employer in America. This guy calls with "we can be tomorrow" so he won't give me any notice to take off to fix my items, now that I asked for reimbursement instead of this long drawn out process to fix my items, he has stopped responding. And has not fixed my items. There website says they are insured and bonded. I have texts to prove all this.Customer response

This guy has completely blocked me because I didn't want to wait on him to fix my items. I need reimbursement for the broken items.Business response

I do not believe that any damage to the desk was a fault of our company no one including the customer knew how how to take the top off so we simply did the best we could at the customers request but in good faith we have told the customer we would try to help with it he is argumentative and wants to engage in childish texting which I do not have time for he texted weeks ago if we could come out the following week I replied Tuesday he never responded so I assumed it was not a good day for him but on Tuesday he texted well I guess yall are not coming out I responded no because you never responded back then he wants to go back and forth with texting that makes no sense and calling me trash ect very immature but my offer still stands to go out to ******* to try to remedy the problem we will not be sending him any money back which is what hes really hoping for so if he wants to set up an appointment he has our number thanks ***Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:They only mention the desk. They broke more items. They will not give me sufficient time to plan a day off as most real companies require two week notice. They broke multiple items. I asked for them to return them to original condition, they just wanted to bring some L brackets to fix which is not original condition. My furniture is nice and I want it back to original, working condition. They have multiple complaints already all over the internet. All it takes is a 2 second search to see this guy is unprofessional and does this all the time. I told him specifically I would pack everything and wrap it, he said that was included in the cost. So I didn't. They broke it , didn't wrap it. So he didn't do what he offered to begin with to protect my belongings. I said I just need a working desk, so if they can fix it or find one in good condition I'll take it. But other than that it's sitting here waiting on them. They will not return my text, he will not give me the phone number to the owners to seek other avenues to remedy. So he doesn't want to communicate. I have text to prove

I gave my final offer and In good faith we mad an attempt to try and resolve the problem even though I do not feel that we are at fault in any way the customer did not now how to take apart the desk but instructed my men to move it any way and made out to them he was ok with the outcome he just wanted it moved he also claimed his broken liquor bottles where placed on a piece of furniture by our men which they have denied they are highly trained professional movers and know better than this we have completed thousands of moves and have many satisfied customers occasionally we get a customer thats looking for a payday where supposedly everything has been damaged and nothing short of giving them money will make them happy we are responsible for .60 cents per pound per article by state law but try our best to repair anything that is damaged during a move we strive for perfection but perfection is hard to accomplish when performing a move we do moves all over the state and area with no problems so we have made our final offer thanks ***Customer response

Again. I have a real job and I expressed I needed two weeks notice which you never gave me I have texts to prove. You are totally going against anything we agreed on. And you are neglecting your responsibility to fix my items by not responding to my messages. You have ceased to respond so "the whole I'm still willing to fix" is ********. I will *** you ***************. And I will win.*******************
