The customer service is one of the worst my wife brought her Acura in to have the ** checked because it was blowing hot air which I already new it was something simple because I seen the ** clutch wasn't kicking on so I was thinking just low on Freon are even if the compressor was bad we wanted it fixed we made an appointment which they scheduled for a Friday we dropped the car off before time which was for and 8:15 appointment we was there about 8:00 they let all day go by and contact my wife around 3:00 to decide none of there macanics now how to service ac saying that if they take the car apart that they might not be able to put it back ************* you this is a certified dealership every thing I was told in 42 years of life didn't make since on why I was refused service on my vehicle which was only an air conditioning vacuum lines which then I was giving and outrageous price of almost **** dollars then I told them i had and after market warranty then they made it like she waa gonna make it like my warranty wouldn't cover it I called my warranty and was told it covered it and was still refused service just all around sadClassic Acura Response

The vehicle was a salvaged title and had been repaired. Apparently during the repair there were modifications that deviated from the original build. The technician that replacing the damaged components would result in them failing again due to another component rubbing the hose and would have caused us to not be compliant with our agreement for repair standards for Acura. As well the patchwork repair would have potential for future failure according to the Acura certified technician. Apologies for any inconveniences.Review from Bradley D

Horrible customer service and used vehicles. Bought a 2018 from them with 29000 miles and 6 weeks later the battery decided to go bad. 6 weeks. I have barely made 1 payment on it. I got laughed at and told that's the price you pay when you buy a used vehicle and that it wasn't their problem. Might I add it was a certified pre-owned vehicle. All they was worried about is well we can sell you an extended warranty for 2300 that doesn't cover batteries but since you just bought it if you pay the 2300 for an extended warranty we will reimburse you for your battery. Now I could understand if it was 6 or 7 months later but 6 weeks. I mean really. It was a refillable battery and was literally bone dry. No water in it whatsoever. But yet the finance manager insisted it was checked and certified here so the battery was good. Yeah, in 6 weeks it leaked all the water out of the battery. Do yourself a favor and go to a different car lot if your looking for a used car. These people are literally cons looking for a dollar and don't mind laughing at you when their vehicles have problems. You will literally get,,, ITS NOT OUR PROBLEM, THATS WHAT YOU GET FOR BUYING A USED VEHICLEReview from Carol S

What a great place to buy a car. I love my Acura. The people at Classic Acura were so nice and helpful. Sometimes buying a car can be a stressful process but they made it so easy. I left feeling happy about buying a new car for once. And dealing with the service department is even better. These people sold me a 2018 Ford Edge for $23,750 on August 15, 2021. After 2 days the check engine light came on. I took the vehicle to Energy Country Ford, who informed me that I needed a new engine. I then contacted Classic Acura (****) and informed them of my situation, and ask them if they could help. They informed me that they could not help me. I am a 73 year old disabled veteran on a fixed income and cannot afford this type of loss. It will cost upward of 6,000 dollars to replace the engine.Classic Acura Response

Mr. ******, Upon review I see that you declined the purchase of am extended service policy. We recommend the purchase of one on all used vehicles because even though we recondition thoroughly we still cannot predict the future serviceability, even on a vehicle with 82000 miles. I also see that you were able to trade the used vehicle at our Buick Dealership for close to what you paid.
